近日，从区经信局传来好消息：2025年，我区市级及以上企业技术中心共认定16家，认定数全市第一，创我区历年认定数之最。
企业技术中心是企业技术创新的主阵地。根据2025年绍兴市企业技术中心认定名单，我区共有浙江宝业住宅产业化有限公司等9家企业技术中心上榜；在2025年浙江省企业技术中心名单中，浙江屹男印染有限公司企业技术中心等7家区内企业技术中心上榜，企业创新主体地位不断强化。在浙江宝业住宅产业化有限公司，依托企业技术中心等技术积淀，公司成功获取适配装配式构件生产线的最优地聚合物混凝土配合比，并实现工业化应用。该技术成果还获得中国建材产品认证，为行业绿色低碳混凝土技术树立了成熟、可参考的技术标杆。在浙江屹男印染有限公司，企业技术中心是公司发展的创新引擎。近年来，公司已在数码印花技术、清洁染整生产技术、绿色高效印染装备、纺织新型染色加工技术等方面取得了不少突破，带动公司实现持续稳定增长。近年来，我区不断提升企业自主创新能力，为高科技孕育创建孵化平台，助推企业提能升级，形成“产品—平台—企业”螺旋上升的发展态势。为更好服务指导区内企业加强企业技术中心建设，提升核心竞争力，我区通过部门、镇街、企业三方联动，常态化开展入企走访，宣传相关奖励政策，对当年新认定为国家、省企业技术中心的，分别奖励100万元、20万元。同时，我区还组织开展市级企业技术中心申报培训会，邀请专家深入解读企业技术中心评价指标体系，对省级、国家级企业技术中心申报意向企业，则进行重点辅导，积极搭建“市级—省级—国家级”企业技术中心培育矩阵。目前，全区共认定国家级企业技术中心1家、省级企业技术中心37家、市级企业技术中心102家。“接下来，我们将围绕推进科技创新和产业创新，进一步强化企业创新主体地位，持续完善培育库、加强培训辅导、优化政策供给，助力企业技术中心升级赋能，为区域产业高质量发展注入强劲动能。”区经信局相关负责人说。
Recently, good news came from the District Economic and Information Bureau: in 2025, a total of 16 enterprise technology centers at or above the municipal level were recognized in our district, ranking first in the city and setting a record high in the district’s history of recognition.
Enterprise technology centers are the main positions for enterprise technological innovation. According to the list of Shaoxing municipal enterprise technology centers recognized in 2025, 9 enterprise technology centers in our district, including Zhejiang Baoye Housing Industrialization Co., Ltd., were on the list; in the list of Zhejiang provincial enterprise technology centers in 2025, 7 enterprise technology centers in the district, such as the Enterprise Technology Center of Zhejiang Yinan Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., were included, further strengthening the dominant position of enterprises as innovation subjects.
At Zhejiang Baoye Housing Industrialization Co., Ltd., relying on the technological accumulation of enterprise technology centers and other platforms, the company has successfully obtained the optimal geopolymer concrete mix ratio suitable for prefabricated component production lines and realized industrial application. This technological achievement has also obtained China Building Materials Product Certification, setting a mature and referable technical benchmark for green and low-carbon concrete technology in the industry.
At Zhejiang Yinan Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., the enterprise technology center is the innovation engine for the company’s development. In recent years, the company has made many breakthroughs in digital printing technology, clean dyeing and finishing production technology, green and efficient printing and dyeing equipment, new textile dyeing and processing technology, etc., driving the company to achieve sustained and stable growth.
In recent years, our district has continuously improved the independent innovation capacity of enterprises, built incubation platforms for high-tech cultivation and establishment, helped enterprises upgrade their capabilities, and formed a spiral upward development trend of “products – platforms – enterprises”. To better serve and guide enterprises in the district to strengthen the construction of enterprise technology centers and enhance their core competitiveness, our district has carried out regular enterprise visits through the linkage of departments, towns/streets and enterprises, promoted relevant reward policies, and awarded 1 million yuan and 200,000 yuan to enterprises newly recognized as national and provincial enterprise technology centers in the current year, respectively.
At the same time, our district has also organized training sessions for the application of municipal enterprise technology centers, invited experts to in-depth interpret the evaluation index system of enterprise technology centers, and provided key guidance for enterprises intending to apply for provincial and national enterprise technology centers, actively building a cultivation matrix of enterprise technology centers at “municipal – provincial – national” levels.
At present, a total of 1 national enterprise technology center, 37 provincial enterprise technology centers and 102 municipal enterprise technology centers have been recognized in the district.
“Next, we will further strengthen the dominant position of enterprises as innovation subjects around promoting scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, continuously improve the cultivation database, strengthen training and guidance, optimize policy supply, help enterprise technology centers upgrade and empower, and inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of regional industries,” said the relevant person in charge of the District Economic and Information Bureau.
