5月29日，以“绍台连心 ‘芯’向未来”为主题的2025浙江·台湾合作周绍兴专场暨两岸青年人才创新创业大赛开幕。市委书记施惠芳，台湾工业总会副理事长、敏实控股集团董事会主席秦荣华，鼎捷数智股份有限公司董事长兼总裁叶子祯，省台办副主任陈振波等先后致辞。来自全国台企联、台湾区电电公会等的台商和嘉宾出席活动，马国灿、孙君、严钢参加。 施惠芳代表绍兴市委市政府向各位领导嘉宾的到来表示欢迎。他说，绍兴和台湾地缘相近、人缘相亲、商缘相连、文缘相通，有着深厚的历史渊源和紧密的现实连接。近年来，在广大台胞台商的鼎力支持下，绍兴高质量发展之路越走越宽，特别是海峡两岸（绍兴）数字产业合作区设立以来，越来越多的台资企业布局入驻、越来越多的台资项目签约落地，目前合作区已成为绍台经贸交流的主阵地、产业协作的主平台。 施惠芳指出，两岸同胞是心灵相通、血浓于水的一家人，共融共兴才是人间正道，常来常往才能越走越亲。面向未来，我们将深入学习贯彻习近平总书记考察浙江重要讲话和考察绍兴重要指示精神，充分发挥浙江·台湾合作周专场活动纽带作用，持续放大海峡两岸（绍兴）数字产业合作区平台优势，纵深推进集成电路、光电信息、科技教育、文化旅游等领域交流协作，持续深化“爱企行动”系列活动，落实落细涉台人才专项政策，为台胞在绍生活、台商在绍发展、台青在绍成长创造更好条件、提供更好服务。同时，诚挚欢迎广大台胞台商多来绍兴走亲访友、投资创业、观光旅游、研学交流，与绍兴一起，共享数字经济蓬勃发展的时代机遇，共创两岸关系和平发展的美好未来。 开幕式上，进行了绍兴投资环境推介，发布了涉台专项人才举措，集中签约了一批集成电路产业项目。现场还举行了两岸青年人才创新创业大赛启幕仪式，将重点聚焦绿色经济、数字未来、健康科技、先进制造等四大赛道，广邀两岸优秀青年团队参与角逐，选拔出具有创新性与市场潜力的项目，给予资金、政策和资源等全方位扶持，为海峡两岸（绍兴）数字产业合作区发展增添新动能。 专场活动期间，还将组织开展两岸专家大讲堂、两岸高端制造产业交流洽谈会、两岸多元文化交流等多项活动。
On May 29, the 2025 Zhejiang-Taiwan Cooperation Week Shaoxing Special Session & Cross-Strait Youth Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, themed “Shaoxing-Taiwan Heart-to-Heart, ‘Chip’-Oriented Future”, officially opened. Shi Huifang, Secretary of the Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee; Qin Ronghua, Vice Chairman of the Federation of Taiwan Industries and Chairman of the Board of MINTH Group; Ye Zizhen, Chairman and President of DigiwinData Intelligence Co., Ltd.; Chen Zhenbo, Deputy Director of the Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office, and other distinguished guests delivered speeches successively. Taiwanese entrepreneurs and guests from the National Federation of Taiwan Business Associations, the Taiwan Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association, and other organizations attended the event. Ma Guocan, Sun Jun, and Yan Gang also participated.
On behalf of the Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Secretary Shi Huifang extended a warm welcome to all leaders and guests. He noted that Shaoxing and Taiwan are geographically close, bound by kinship, business ties, and cultural affinity, sharing profound historical origins and close current connections. In recent years, with the strong support of Taiwan compatriots and entrepreneurs, Shaoxing has blazed an increasingly broad path of high-quality development. Since the establishment of the Cross-Strait (Shaoxing) Digital Industry Cooperation Zone, more and more Taiwan-funded enterprises have settled in and more Taiwan-funded projects have been signed and implemented. At present, the cooperation zone has become the main front for Shaoxing-Taiwan economic and trade exchanges and the main platform for industrial collaboration.
Secretary Shi Huifang pointed out that compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait are a family connected by blood and shared aspirations. Mutual integration and common prosperity are the right path, and frequent exchanges will bring us closer. Looking ahead, we will thoroughly study and implement the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection tour of Zhejiang and Shaoxing. We will give full play to the role of the Zhejiang-Taiwan Cooperation Week special session as a bond, continue to leverage the platform advantages of the Cross-Strait (Shaoxing) Digital Industry Cooperation Zone, further promote exchanges and collaboration in integrated circuits, optoelectronic information, science, technology, education, culture, tourism, and other fields, deepen the “Enterprise-Friendly Action” series of activities, and implement detailed special policies for Taiwan-related talents. We will create better conditions and provide better services for Taiwan compatriots to live, Taiwanese entrepreneurs to develop, and young Taiwanese to grow in Shaoxing. At the same time, we sincerely welcome the majority of Taiwan compatriots and entrepreneurs to visit Shaoxing, invest and start businesses, tour and travel, and conduct academic exchanges, so as to share the era opportunities of the booming digital economy and create a beautiful future for the peaceful development of cross-strait relations.
At the opening ceremony, a presentation on Shaoxing’s investment environment was delivered, special measures for Taiwan-related talents were released, and a number of integrated circuit industry projects were signed collectively. The opening ceremony of the Cross-Strait Youth Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was also held. The competition will focus on four major tracks: green economy, digital future, health technology, and advanced manufacturing. It will warmly invite outstanding youth teams from both sides of the strait to participate in the competition, select projects with innovation and market potential, and provide full-scale support including funding, policies, and resources, adding new momentum to the development of the Cross-Strait (Shaoxing) Digital Industry Cooperation Zone.
During the special session, a series of activities will be organized, including Cross-Strait Expert Lectures, Cross-Strait High-End Manufacturing Industry Exchange and Negotiation Conference, and Cross-Strait Multicultural Exchanges.
