The company was established in 2014. The design and development team has a profound aerospace background and has more than 20 years of experience in composite material structure design, research, development and application. Since the establishment of the company, it has rich experience in the design of composite winding cylinders and the overall fuselage of drones, and its technology is leading in China. At present, the company has authorized a total of 113 patents, including 14 invention patents and 99 utility model patents. There are more than 60 team members including 2 researchers, 15 senior engineers, 30 engineers, 5 doctors and 15 masters.The company has a composite material prepreg workshop, high-performance resin workshop, winding workshop, drone workshop, painting workshop, molding workshop, etc., equipped with 7 winding machines, 3 autoclaves, 12 ovens, and 5 presses. Besides,the company has a carbon fiber prepreg production line with an annual output of 100,000 square meters, a resin production line with an annual output of 1,000 tons,and it has an annual production capacity of 200 composite winding cylinders, 300 drone fuselages of various types, and 10,000 pieces of various auto parts and tube-sheet composite products.


The company’s products cover:

Aerospace field: The company cooperates with military enterprises such as Aerospace Science and Industry Group and Ordnance Group to develop commercial launch vehicles, medium and long-range missiles, low-altitude rockets, launching tubes, rocket fairings, projectile bodies, bomb bays and other structural components. Some of these products have been mass-produced at present, involving product forming technologies including winding technology, vacuum bag autoclave technology, molding technology, etc.


Aviation field: In terms of aviation products, the company mainly cooperates with Beihang University, Zhejiang University, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other universities and domestic aviation design institutes for research and development. Products include long-endurance UAVs, solar-powered UAVs, high-altitude long-range reconnaissance and strike integrated UAVs, high-speed unmanned target UAVs, small UAVs, and large-tonnage (take-off weight greater than 5 tons) UAVs. The processes involved include vacuum bag autoclave molding, overall co-curing molding, and large aircraft assembly technology.


Other fields: In addition to focusing on the development of the aviation and aerospace fields, the company is also involved in the nuclear industry, civilian products, and the navy. Products include pultruded panels, submarines, radomes, fairings, rolling frames, centrifuges, air ducts, skateboards, battery boxes, etc.

Strength Design Post

Academic Degree Requirement:Ph.D.,preferably with at least three years of work experience.

Age Requirement:below 50

1.Solve the problem as follows:1)Refined simulation of the structure of pressure vessels such as composite engine shells and gas cylinders;2)Numerical simulation of thermal vulcanization process of thermal insulation rubber;

2.Responsible for the company’s strength design research and strength technology management;

3.Responsible for the research, review, coordination and handling of technical issues in terms of intensity at each stage of project implementation;

4.Participate in the early stage positioning of the company’s projects, the mid-term review of the project, and put forward professional suggestions on strength;

5.As the project leader, lead the technical team to implement the research and development project;

6.Guide or cooperate with other majors to maximize design results, strictly review the quality indicators of each link of the project, optimize design costs, and control invalid costs.

7.Responsible for communication with various functional departments, external units and design institutes.
Job Requirements:
1.At least 3 years of experience in domestic design institutes or equivalent positions in well-known companies;

2.Successfully presided over or participated in the design management of multiple structural design or strength design schemes;

3.Familiar with the development of composite materials market, have a certain market awareness, project analysis ability and design, development and planning ability;

4.Good product development and innovation management capabilities.
