Recently, the highly anticipated Sam’s Club project in Shaoxing successfully passed the completion acceptance, marking the full completion of the first commercial building in the core area of the Shaoxing Baseball and Softball Future City. The store is set to officially open this quarter.
Shaoxing Baseball and Softball Future City, located at the junction of Yuecheng and Keqiao districts, is a key platform for Shaoxing’s post-Asian Games development. The new city spans an area of approximately 2.9 square kilometers and is being implemented by the city’s transportation investment group. In the first three quarters of this year, the total effective investment in the Baseball and Softball Future City reached approximately 736 million RMB, with an overall annual investment progress of 84.74%. Notable achievements include the full completion of the Sam’s Club project, the opening of the “Jiaotou Green City • Guiyue Fenghua” residential project, and the full completion of the main section of the underground comprehensive pipeline tunnel on Jing Shui Road. A green, cultural, and smart city centered around the stadium is accelerating its rise.
“In the fourth quarter, we will see the opening of Sam’s Club, completion of the Jing Shui Road (urban) comprehensive pipeline tunnel, the opening of Longshan Academy, and the construction of the Youth Palace, among other breakthrough developments,” said a representative from the Future Community Company of the Shaoxing Transportation Investment Group. The goal is to create an eco-friendly, smart, and multi-functional city that integrates Asian Games infrastructure, healthcare services, and cultural education, offering citizens a high-quality, multi-dimensional living experience and helping to elevate the city’s overall development level.
As the main force in Shaoxing’s transportation infrastructure investment, development, and industrial services, the Shaoxing Transportation Investment Group is responsible for 12 projects this year. In the first three quarters, the group has completed a total effective investment of 6.33 billion RMB, reaching 93.6% of its annual investment target.
Among these projects, the Kezhu Expressway, with a total investment of 17.48 billion RMB, is the second expressway linking Shaoxing’s main urban area with Zhuji after the Shaozhu Expressway. It is a key project for the realization of the “one-hour traffic circle” in the Hangzhou metropolitan area and is part of the 2023-2024 provincial “thousand projects, trillion investment” initiative. This year, the Kezhu Expressway project has focused on the “green, high-quality, and smart” construction goals, making significant progress with multiple breakthroughs. In the first three quarters, the project completed an effective investment of 4.13 billion RMB, with an overall progress rate of 66.7%.
日前，备受市民关注的绍兴山姆超市项目顺利通过竣工验收，标志着绍兴棒垒球未来新城核心区首个商业单体全面落成，将于本季度正式开业。
棒垒球未来新城位于越城、柯桥两区交界处，是绍兴做好亚运后半篇文章的一个重要载体。新城规划面积约2.9平方公里，由市交投集团负责实施。今年前三季度，棒垒球未来新城共完成年度有效投资约7.36亿元，总体年度投资形象进度达84.74%。其中山姆会员商店项目全面竣工、“交投绿城·桂越风华”住宅项目开盘、镜水路地下综合管廊项目主线盾构区间全部贯通，以场馆为核心，一个绿色、人文、智能的棒垒球之城正加速崛起。
“四季度，我们将迎来山姆超市开业、镜水路(城市)综合管廊建成、龙山书院开学、青少年宫开建等突破性建设节点。”市交投集团未来社区公司一位负责人说，致力打造一个集亚运配套、康养服务、人文教育等多功能于一体的生态型、智慧型、复合型的宜居、智居、惠居新城，为市民带来多维度、高品质的生活体验，助推城市能级跃升。
作为绍兴交通基础设施投资建设、开发运营和产业服务等领域的主力军，今年，市交投集团负责实施的项目共12个，前三季度，完成有效投资63.3亿元，已完成本年度投资任务的93.6%。
由市交投集团负责实施的总投资174.8亿元的柯诸高速项目是继绍诸高速公路后，绍兴主城区和诸暨之间的第二条高速公路，也是加快实现杭州都市区“1小时交通圈”的重要交通工程，是2023年、2024年省“千项万亿”项目。今年以来，柯诸高速项目聚焦“绿色、精品、智慧”高速建设目标，强势推进工程建设，实现多节点突破。前三季度，项目完成年度有效投资41.31亿元，总体形象进度达66.7%。
