According to the Keqiao Branch of the Shaoxing Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, a design proposal for a modern, high-end hotel complex in Keqiao Future City has recently passed review and is set to move forward.
The project is located on the first commercial hotel plot within the headquarters park of Keqiao Future City. It is bordered by Shared Bay to the east, a planned auxiliary road to the south, Shadiwang Road to the west, and Creative Road to the north. The land area spans 8,132 square meters, with a total construction area of 47,047 square meters. The project includes a 22-story (98.2 meters) hotel with three floors of hotel amenities, six floors of guest rooms, and a two-story underground section, offering a total of 158 guest rooms.
The design of the project will follow the principles of “green, low-carbon, and ecological” development. It will integrate ecological concepts into both the building and landscape design. Through modern design techniques, the layout will be further optimized, and supporting facilities will be enhanced, all aimed at creating a new city landmark for Keqiao Future City. This development will better meet the needs of high-traffic areas, such as Anchang Ancient Town, the Future Medical Center, Shared Bay, and the headquarters park of Keqiao Future City.
The headquarters area of Keqiao Future City’s western sector will focus on the “1+3” industrial system, with an emphasis on headquarters economy, technological innovation research and development, and the digital economy. The area will be developed with high intensity, quality, and standards, establishing a diverse platform for headquarters, and shaping the iconic region of Future City. The accelerated progress of this modern, high-end hotel complex is expected to play a crucial role in further optimizing and enhancing the regional business environment.
绍兴市自然资源和规划局柯桥分局消息，在柯桥未来之城，一座现代化高端酒店综合体的设计方案日前通过评审，即将出炉。
该项目所在地块是柯桥未来之城总部园区第一宗商务酒店地块，东至共享湾，南至规划支路，西至沙地王路，北至创意路。用地面积8132平方米，总建筑面积47047平方米，规划设计一栋22层（98.2米）酒店，酒店配套3层，客房6层，158套客房和地下二层。
根据规划，项目将秉承“绿色、低碳、生态”理念，将生态理念融入到建筑设计与景观设计中，通过现代设计手法，进一步优化布局、完善配套，着力打造柯桥未来之城全新的城市地标，更好满足安昌古镇、未来医学中心、未来之城共享湾和未来之城总部园区等人气集聚点的需求。
