Recently, the Shaoxing Youth Activity Center project, part of the Baseball Future City planning initiative, has completed its civil construction bidding and is about to enter the construction phase.
The commencement of the Youth Activity Center signals the addition of a large, multi-functional complex in Shaoxing that integrates education, culture, leisure, and vitality. This development will further enhance the infrastructure of the Jinghu New Core Area, creating a stronger city brand, improving the city’s image, and optimizing urban functionality.
The project is located in the heart of Baseball Future City, at the intersection of Yuecheng and Keqiao districts. It is bordered by Jing Shui Road to the east, the Zhe Dong River to the south, urban riverside green spaces to the west, and Xingyue Road to the north. The area boasts beautiful surroundings and ample supporting facilities. The total estimated investment exceeds 890 million yuan, with a total construction area of approximately 107,000 square meters.
The project includes a quality training center, practical education center, comprehensive service center, public activity spaces, supporting commercial spaces, and outdoor adventure areas. It will feature seven theme parks: “Atrium + Sky + Terrain + Expansion + Exploration + Riverside + Grasslands,” which will provide a more livable public environment for the new city.
Additionally, the project adopts a spatial design concept of “Atrium Ring + Sky Ring + Core Ring + Power Ring + Vitality Ring + City Ring.” It combines technological elements in its construction to create layers and a sense of flow in the spatial visuals, enhancing the interactivity of the spaces. The building will also utilize zero-carbon design, relying on renewable energy from photovoltaic solar power generated on-site to meet the project’s energy needs throughout the year, without consuming coal, oil, or electricity.
As Baseball Future City continues to develop, this cultural facility will meet the growing demand from local youth for high-quality extracurricular educational resources. The nine key thematic areas of health, education, transportation, neighborhoods, and entrepreneurship in Baseball Future City are gradually taking shape.
近期，绍兴青少年活动中心工程，作为棒球未来城规划项目，已完成土建招标，即将进入施工阶段。
青少年活动中心动工在即，预示着绍兴即将新增一个集教育、文化、休闲、活力于一体的大型青少年活动综合体，进一步推动完善镜湖新核心区域配套建设，打造城市品牌、提升城市形象、优化城市功能。
据悉，项目位于棒球未来城核心区域，系越城、柯桥两区交界处，东临镜水路、南临浙东河流、西临城市沿河绿地、北至兴越路，环境优美、配套丰富，概算总投资超8.9亿元，总建筑面积约10.7万平方米。
项目设有素质培训中心、 实践教育中心、综合服务中心、公共活动空间、配套商业空间及户外拓展场地，包含“中庭+天空+地形+拓展+探索+滨河+草地”七大主题公园，将为新城提供更为宜居的公共环境。
同时，项目采用“中庭之环 + 天空之环 + 核心之环 +聚力之环 + 活力之环 + 城市之环”的空间设计概念，结合科技元素建设，创造空间视觉的层次和流动感，增加空间互动性；采取零碳建筑设计，依托技术手段，在不消耗煤炭、石油、电力等能源的情况下，实现全年能耗全部由场地产生的可再生能源光伏发电提供。
随着棒球未来城深入开发推进，该项目定位的高能文化配套场所，将满足更多青少年对优质校外教育资源的需求，棒球未来城健康、教育、交通、邻里、创业的九大场景版图正徐徐展开。
